Sci-tech Innovation Park
Located at the High-end Industrial Park of Rongcheng Economic Development Zone , the sci-tech pioneering park is north to Rongcheng-Wuhai highway, east to 908 provincial road, west to Xingye road, covering a land area of 957 mu. The total planned investment of the park is 1.88 billion yuan, with a total construction area of about 480,000 square meters, including 3-4 floor standard manufacturing workshops of about 340,000 square meters , working area of 70,000 square meters, innovation service area of 30,000 square meters, and parking lots and other supporting facilities area of 40,000 square meters.

The park mainly undertakes high-tech industrial projects such as biological medicine, intelligent equipment (including microelectronics and integrated circuits), and requires the projects to have independent intellectual property rights such as invention patents, which can be immediately industrialized when entering the park.We strive to build a modern hi-tech park integrating design and development, product production, display and sales, brand marketing and business office.

At present, 240,000 square meters area is under construction, of which 7 3-4 floor standard workshops and 1 office building have been completed and put into use.The main part of the 5 3-4 floor production workshops has been completed, and the internal and external decoration is in progress.The main body of the office area is completed and is being renovated.So far, 12 projects have been signed up.

Once completed, the park can accommodate more than 200 enterprises ,which is expected to provide biomedicine, r&d and production of intelligent equipment production enterprises with superior place and preferential policies, to attract domestic and foreign scientific and technological innovation enterprise to come here, at the same time provide entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial platform.
